Trade every account from one order ticket
TraderDesk is multi-account trading software for US brokers. It is a Windows desktop workstation that connects Alpaca, Tradier, Interactive Brokers, Tastytrade, TradeStation, Charles Schwab, OANDA and MetaTrader accounts, so you can build one order and send it to the accounts you choose, with a result for each account and configurable risk checks.
Version 1.1.3 for Windows 10 or 11. Start with the built-in demo accounts — no API key needed. Execution speed depends on your broker, connection and market conditions.

How it works
Four steps from login to a confirmed order.
Each account reports its own result, so one rejection never hides the others. You always know what went through and what did not.
- 01
Connect
Add your broker accounts, or start with the built-in demo accounts. Broker credentials are stored locally on your PC and encrypted.
- 02
Build the trade
Pick the segment and instrument, or load a strategy from the options chain. Choose the order type, quantity and time in force.
- 03
Send it
Tick the accounts you want and send. Market, limit, stop and stop-limit orders are supported.
- 04
Review
Read the result for each account, then watch positions and P&L in one table.
One order, many accounts
Try it: one order, several accounts
Tick the accounts and send the example order. In the app, every account reports its own result the same way, so you can see exactly which accounts accepted the order and which did not.
This is an illustration with made-up accounts, not live trading. Real results depend on your brokers, your accounts and the market.
The workspace
What can you do in TraderDesk?
The screens below are from the app, using demo accounts. Pick a tab to see each part of the workflow.
One order ticket for every account
Choose the segment and instrument, set the order, tick the accounts and send. The button always tells you how many accounts will receive the order.
- Market, limit, stop and stop-limit orders with time in force.
- A live quote and notional value before you send.
- Tick any mix of connected accounts and brokers.
- A result for each account after you send.
See the chain, then build the strategy
Pick an underlying and expiry, then review the strike ladder with call and put prices, volume and open interest. Strategy templates load their legs at the at-the-money strikes.
- Call and put last price, volume and open interest.
- 21 strikes by default, with spot shown next to the chain.
- Strategy templates for bullish, bearish, neutral and volatility views.
- One click carries the legs into the multi-leg builder.
Check payoff and Greeks before you send
Build the basket leg by leg, then review payoff at expiry, maximum profit and loss, breakeven, the model’s probability of profit and the Greeks before routing it.
- Add, edit and remove legs with expiry, call/put, strike and quantity.
- Payoff at expiry with max profit, max loss and breakeven.
- Delta, gamma, theta/day, vega, decay/day and a 1 SD move.
- Model outputs are estimates, not predictions.
Turn a rule into a repeatable test
Define an indicator rule, choose the symbol, timeframe and exits, and run a candle-close backtest. Review the equity curve and export the trade list to inspect it yourself.
- Indicator rules with stop-loss, target and opposite-signal exits.
- Backtest range and per-trade results.
- Equity curve and trade export.
- Backtests are simulations, not forecasts.
A log you can actually search
Every data request, order action and warning is written to one event log. Filter by level or category, search the message, pause the stream or export the visible rows to CSV.
- Levels, categories, timestamps and details.
- Search across messages and details.
- Pause the stream and export CSV.
- Useful when a broker rejects an order or data goes stale.
Set the limits before you go live
Risk controls sit in Settings and are checked on your PC before an order is routed. Every limit starts as “No limit”, so you choose the values that fit your workflow.
- Maximum value per order and maximum size per order.
- Maximum orders per minute and a daily loss limit.
- Optional block on live orders when the market is closed.
- A kill switch in the top bar to halt routing.

Workflow comparison
TraderDesk vs managing each broker app separately
A factual comparison of the workflow, not a claim about execution speed, fills or reliability.
| Task | TraderDesk | Each broker app separately |
|---|---|---|
| Place the same order | Build once, tick the accounts, send. | Log in and repeat the order in each app. |
| See what happened | A separate result for every account in one place. | Check each app separately. |
| Risk checks | Configurable limits checked before sending. | Per-app settings, where the broker offers them. |
| Options workspace | Chain, strategy legs, payoff and Greeks together. | May require separate tools. |
| Positions | One table across connected accounts. | Separate views per broker. |
| Event history | One searchable log. | No combined history. |
Broker apps may offer features TraderDesk does not. Execution depends on your broker, connection and market conditions. TraderDesk does not promise faster or better fills.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is TraderDesk?
TraderDesk is a Windows desktop trading workstation for placing orders through your own broker accounts. It combines multi-account order entry, an options chain, a multi-leg builder with payoff and Greeks, positions, logs and risk limits. It is not a broker, investment adviser or signal service.
Which brokers does TraderDesk support?
Alpaca, Tradier, Interactive Brokers, Tastytrade, TradeStation, Charles Schwab, OANDA, MetaTrader 5 and MetaTrader 4. Supported segments differ by broker and by your account permissions. MT4/MT5 availability varies by broker and region.
Is TraderDesk free?
TraderDesk is free during early access. The first 25 approved beta users get a 12-month licence in exchange for honest feedback. Pricing after the early-access programme has not been announced.
Is there a demo or paper trading mode?
Yes. Built-in demo accounts let you try the order ticket and workspace without an API key. Where a broker provides paper or sandbox credentials, such as Alpaca paper keys or the Tradier sandbox, you can connect those too.
What risk controls are included?
Maximum value per order, maximum shares or contracts per order, maximum orders per minute, a daily loss limit, an optional block on live orders while the market is closed, and a kill switch in the top bar. Limits are checked on your PC before an order is sent.
Does TraderDesk guarantee execution speed?
No. Orders are sent directly to the broker APIs you connect. Execution speed and fills depend on your broker, your connection and market conditions. TraderDesk does not promise a latency or fill quality.
Why does Windows show a SmartScreen warning?
TraderDesk is a new, independent application and is not yet code-signed, so Windows may show “Windows protected your PC”. Verify the SHA-256 checksum on the download page before running the installer. Do not disable your antivirus.
