Privacy policy
This policy explains what the TraderDesk website and desktop application collect, what stays on your PC, and the choices you have. Broker API keys are stored locally on your device and encrypted at rest; website analytics runs only if you accept it.

Who we are
TraderDesk is developed by Preemption Softwares, an independent software studio. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Preemption Softwares, and “you” refers to a visitor to this website or a user of the TraderDesk application.
What the website collects
The website is a static site. It does not have user accounts, a login or a payment form. It collects information in three ways:
- Analytics, only with consent. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 may collect page views, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser information, and interaction events such as download clicks and video plays. Analytics storage is denied by default under Consent Mode v2.
- Beta form details. If you submit the early-access form, we receive the name, email, trading types, brokers, number of accounts and optional company you enter. The form sends that information to a third-party form service that stores responses for us; it is not posted publicly.
- Support messages. If you email or message us, we receive what you choose to send, including any screenshots or log excerpts.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage for two things: your theme choice (td-theme) and your analytics choice (td-consent). These are functional and are not used for advertising. Google Analytics may set cookies only after you accept analytics.
You can change or withdraw your analytics choice at any time using the button below or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
What the desktop application handles
Broker API keys are stored locally on your PC and encrypted at rest. The application sends order and market-data requests to the brokers and data providers you connect. Preemption Softwares does not receive your broker credentials.
When you contact support, you choose what to share. Do not send API keys, passwords or account numbers. If you send log lines, redact anything you consider sensitive.
How we use information
- To review early-access requests and contact you about the programme.
- To answer support questions and investigate reported problems.
- To understand which pages and features are useful, if you accept analytics.
- To keep the site and application secure and to comply with applicable law.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not use third-party advertising pixels on this site. We do not ask for brokerage passwords through the website. We do not publish testimonials or user details without permission.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to run the site and support you — for example, Google Analytics if you consent, a form service that processes early-access requests, or WhatsApp if you choose to message us. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
Beta requests and support messages are kept for as long as needed to manage the programme and respond to you, then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics settings for the property.
Your choices and rights
You can reject analytics without losing access to the site. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing ajayb5034@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data-protection law.
Children
TraderDesk is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product or the site changes. The “last updated” date at the top of the page will change when we do.
